Week 3

Late again, I know. I'm sorry. This time I didn't even weigh myself yesterday. But I did it today. I'm not going to sugar-coat it. I haven't been very good about watching myself this week. So I'll jump right to it.
Weight: 246
Yeah, I'm back up a pound. It's early still. I've gotta get back into the routine. Obviously, since I keep forgetting to check in. I've been working outside here lately, so hopefully it'll pay off in other ways. Remember, next week is picture week!


  1. Hi Sam - I have a thought and I hope you don't mind me sharing. Since you've been following a diet/workout plan, have you thought about tracking your inches versus your weight? Personally, I think that inches are way more important. It's about how you look, not what the scale says. Just a thought :) You're doing great!

  2. I guess I've never tried tracking the inches. I think I could keep track of both, really. It might help me get less discouraged! Thanks!

  3. You're welcome! I guess it is all about what motivates you. For me, losing .5 inch from my waist sounds better than losing .5 pound.
